Recalculate only does just that, recalculates. If something is missing, you typically need to reset the item. When you reset, all keyed overrides will be reset. So, if there is a keyed price or other overrides, you need to make note of them before resetting the item because you will need to re-key them. I did a reset item on this order and freight appears now. You can do a reset to get freight without undoing the ship docs.
